Introduction

Neluxsis (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a crowdsourced resident-review and property-context platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our services at neluxsis.polsia.app. By using Neluxsis, you agree to the practices described in this policy. This policy is effective as of June 30, 2026.

Information We Collect

Account Data

When you register or log in, we collect your name and email address through our authentication system (better-auth). This information is required to create and maintain your account.

User-Submitted Content

We collect the home ratings, written reviews, and property feedback you submit through the platform. This content is associated with your account and may be displayed publicly on property pages.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with Neluxsis, including pages you visit, address search queries you enter, session activity, and timestamps of your actions.

Device & Technical Data

We automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers when you access our platform. This data helps us maintain security and diagnose technical issues.

Payment Data

Payments for paid reports and investor tier access are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details directly on our servers. We retain only records of completed transactions (amount, date, and a Stripe transaction reference) for billing and support purposes.

Cookie & Tracking Data

We use session cookies managed by better-auth to keep you logged in, and a polsia_vid analytics cookie set by the Polsia analytics beacon to track aggregate site usage. Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and provide the Neluxsis platform and its features
  • To display user-submitted ratings and reviews on property pages
  • To process payments for paid reports and investor tier access
  • To send transactional emails, such as account confirmation and report delivery notifications
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve platform features and performance
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the platform and prevent abuse

Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following trusted processors, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services:

Stripe

Stripe processes payments on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Property context sources

Property profiles may include user-submitted information, previously stored records, and public context where available. We identify sources and limitations where appropriate. Address searches are not currently sent to RentCast.

Polsia Platform

Neluxsis is hosted and operated on the Polsia platform, which provides our infrastructure, email delivery proxy, and analytics beacon. Polsia acts as a sub-processor for the personal data processed through these services.

We do not transfer your personal data to any other third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

Cookies

Neluxsis uses the following types of cookies:

  • Session cookies — essential cookies managed by better-auth that keep you logged in during your session. These are deleted when you close your browser.
  • polsia_vid analytics cookie — set by the Polsia analytics beacon to track aggregate site usage patterns. Your consent preference is stored in local storage and respects your choice from the cookie banner.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide our services. Upon receiving a verified written request to support@neluxsis.com, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records (such as transaction records for tax or compliance purposes).

Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to opt out of non-essential communications

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by the Polsia platform. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Children's Privacy

Neluxsis is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States. For users located in the EEA or United Kingdom, we are committed to complying with applicable GDPR requirements. In the event of any conflict between US law and GDPR obligations for international users, we will endeavor to meet the higher standard of data protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Neluxsis after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
