The ratings and reviews published on Neluxsis are submitted by users and reflect individual experiences and opinions. Neluxsis does not provide, and nothing on this platform constitutes, professional property assessments, architectural reviews, financial advice, or legal advice of any kind. You should not rely on user-submitted ratings as a substitute for professional consultation. Always seek qualified professionals for property evaluations, purchases, or major decisions.

3. No Warranty on Accuracy

Neluxsis makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property data, rating, review, or other information displayed on this platform. All content is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not verify that property information is current, correct, or complete. You use the information at your own risk.

4. Disclaimer of Liability for User-Submitted Content

Neluxsis is a platform for user-submitted ratings and reviews. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of any submitted content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neluxsis disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from reliance on user-submitted ratings or reviews. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.

5. User Conduct

When using Neluxsis, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent ratings or reviews
• Post content that is offensive, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory
• Upload or share photos, images, videos, screenshots, or other media that are misleading, manipulated, unlawful, invasive of privacy, or harmful to Neluxsis or any other person or business
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with ratings or the voting system
• Scrape, harvest, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Submit any content or media that could reasonably be expected to damage, harass, embarrass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm Neluxsis, its users, or its business operations

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

By submitting content (including ratings, reviews, photos, and any other materials) to Neluxsis, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any medium or format. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content, that it does not contain unlawful, harmful, or misleading material, and that it does not violate any third-party rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. All content you submit becomes the exclusive property of Neluxsis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neluxsis and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform; (b) any content obtained from the platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (d) any acts or omissions of third parties on the platform; (e) any error, omission, or inaccuracy of content; or (f) any property damage or other losses arising from reliance on ratings or property information. In no event shall Neluxsis’s total liability exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neluxsis and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your submission of false, misleading, or harmful content.

9. Right to Remove Content

Neluxsis reserves the right to remove, delete, hide, or modify any user-submitted content, ratings, reviews, or other materials at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. We may remove content that violates these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or our community standards, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Removal of content does not entitle you to any compensation or remedy.

10. Account Termination

Neluxsis reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account, access to the platform, or any associated privileges at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or abusive behavior, harassment of other users, attempts to manipulate the rating system, or any action that damages Neluxsis’s reputation or operations. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any submitted content may be removed without liability to Neluxsis.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of Neluxsis shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Neluxsis. If Neluxsis prevails in any arbitration or legal proceeding, you agree to reimburse Neluxsis for its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Neluxsis is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Changes to Terms

Neluxsis reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes.
